Salon Policies

Policies aren't fun to talk about, I know that.
However, transparency is huge and I believe it's important we both know what to expect going forward. 

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, I get it! However, in order to provide the best possible scheduling for all guests, a 24 hour advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cancelled service price. This retainer fee will be due before any future appointments can be booked.  

If you have more than 3 offenses of late cancellations, you will no longer be able to book services.

In the event where I have to cancel within 24 hours notice, I will honor this policy and give you 20% off that service at your scheduled visit. 

No Show Policy

Should you no show, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service before any future appointment can be rescheduled.  
However, I reserve the right to refuse service after one offense.

Late Arrival Policy

I firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for my time and other guests' time, I ask that you please be on time. Services for guests running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees will apply.

Guest Satisfaction Policies

Adjustment Policy
I want you to love your hair! If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit. I do not offer refunds on services, but I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Product Exchange Policy
Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, I can find you something better. To initiate a product exchange at full credit, simply notify me within 7 days of your initial purchase and return the retail on a day I am in the salon.
Per manufacturer's policies, all extension sales are final.

Children's Policy

I love children! However, for the comfort and enjoyment of your experience, children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service. For safety reasons, insurance purposes and the intimate salon environment, no children under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are a receiving a service. 

Covid-19 Policy

If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of Covid-19 or any other illness, you MUST reschedule. 

If you or anyone in your household has been exposed to, has tested positive for, or are awaiting a test result for Covid-19, you MUST reschedule.
